Career Opportunity | HR Learning & Training Specialist!

Location Porto

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on identifying organizational learning needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires
- Identify training needs with teams and managers
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops (in-person & virtual)
- Manage and update the training catalogue and LMS
- Handle training administration (registrations, schedules, communications)
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics
- Work closely with HR and leaders to align learning initiatives with business needs

What we are looking for
- Experience in Learning & Development or Training
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong ability to analyze training data and measure impact
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to create engagement and inclusive learning environments
- Experience collaborating with HR teams and internal stakeholders
